Sooo tiny.

It’s so tiny and barely fits my phone. I thought this was an adult size bag but it’s like a kids bag instead. At the price point, not worth it ):

Thoughts on Doughnut as a company.

This item was supposed to be a Christmas present along with another bag purchased from Doughnut. Since the other bag (ordered on 12/3/22) did not arrive in time for Christmas, the celebration has been postponed until later in January. Therefore, there is no review of this product per se. However, my review of Doughnut as a company is generous at one star. My multiple attempts to contact your customer service via email (since you apparently do not have a telephone number) led to a series of automatic responses which provided no help at all. You did provide me with two tracking numbers for my two orders, neither of which was a valid number. I recommend you establish a valid Customer Service department. I will never know if you did or not because I will never have any further interaction with your company and will pass this advise on to whomever will listen.
