Warranty Coverage (Online Store Orders Only)
We offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for items bought from our official online store.
Eligible Warranty Claims:
- Manufacturing defects
- Functional damage not caused by misuse
- Missing parts
Warranty Benefits:
- Free repair or replacement for covered issues, at our discretion
- No additional charges for parts or labor
- Shipping fees for warranty repairs are covered by us
Note: Warranty claims for orders purchased from distributors, marketplaces, or retail stores will not be accepted online. Please contact the original place of purchase for assistance.
Repair Services (Outside Warranty Period)
If your product is beyond the one-year warranty period, we still offer repair services:
Repair Costs:
- Spare parts and repair fees will apply
- Shipping costs (both ways) are the customer’s responsibility
How to Request a Repair:
Please email info@doughnutofficial.com with the following details:
- Full Name & Order Number
- Photos of the damaged or defective area
- A brief description of the issue
Once we review your request, we will provide repair cost estimates (for outside warranty) and further instructions.
Additional Notes
- Warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or accidental damage.
- Repairs are subject to spare part availability.
- We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies for warranty coverage or repair services.
