Return & Exchange Eligibility
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@doughnutofficial.com within 10 days of receiving your order, stating the reason with your order number for your request.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:
- The item must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Returns without prior communication will not be accepted.
- Promotional or sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Orders purchased from distributors, marketplaces, or retail stores cannot be refunded through Doughnut Official.
Refunds:
- Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage, defect, or incorrect item, a refund will be issued excluding shipping costs.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are eligible for a full refund, including the return shipping fee.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to process.
Exchanges:
- We offer exchanges within 10 days of purchase if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- The replacement item will be shipped using the same shipping method as the original order, with no additional charge.
- If you return a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the return shipping fee will be refunded.
- If you wish to exchange your item for a different model or color, you are responsible for the return shipping fee and the reshipping fee.
Return Procedure
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email info@doughnutofficial.com with the following details:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Three clear photos showing the product’s condition
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Color differences do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Retail Store Policy:
Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged at retail stores.
