Shipping Processing Time

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Canada
  • New Zealand

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or multiple addresses per order.

Free Shipping Threshold

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD. This applies only to eligible countries and excludes any additional import duties or taxes.

Custom Duties & Import Taxes

All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means:

  • Prices displayed on our website do not include duties and taxes.
  • Import taxes, duties, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged upon the package’s arrival in your country.
  • These charges are set by your local customs authority and are non-refundable.

If you're unsure about potential charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Redelivery Policy

If a shipment is not delivered successfully due to the following reasons, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges for redelivery:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided
  • Parcel refused upon delivery
  • Parcel not collected from the courier or collection point within the required time frame

Shipping fees for both the original and redelivery attempt(s) will be charged to the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking details via email to monitor your package’s journey. 

The tracking number status will be updated once the parcel is scanned in the courier's system. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking updates.
