If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us within the period of 30 days since your purchase (excluding promotional or sale items). We will offer a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs.
We offer exchanges if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same manner of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. If you have returned a damaged, defective, or incorrect product to us, the return shipping fee will also be refunded to you.

Returned products must include any original packaging, dust bags, warranty or authenticity cards, spare parts, and with all tags intact, including hanging tags. The condition of the returned item is left at the discretion of Doughunt.
